Are you a travel agency? Yes, we are. Our agency name is B.F. WELCOME.We arrange accommodation at apartments in Prague for reasonable prices.
Are you a Czech based company? Yes, we are We offer our apartments, we cooperate with other local people which offer you apartments or studios as well.
When have you been established? Our internet presentation is since the1995, but our company was established in 1990.
What are your opening hours? Constantly, 08:00 - 23:00. In case of time press we are ready to be flexible. Mostly We can reply within 2 - 3 hours..

We are Russian, we need invitation letter to make visa. can you do it? Yes, we can send you invitation letter via fax or mail. In this case we require 1 night deposit.
Do you have an online currency converter? Yes, you can do check up-to-date currency information at Oanda.com
Which credit cards are accepted? oVisa, oMasterCard, ,,American Express,oJCB Card,,,obut only for hold of your reservation. The payment will be in cash
Who will charge my credit card and when will it be charged? Your credit card will be not charged, only in case of your cancellation for amount of the first night.
What is included in the price? All, V.A.T., taxes and fees.included. You don't pay any extra fees.
Are the prices for the room the same, regardless of the number of people staying there? No. The prices are per person or per couple. The price always depend on number of person. see the price list

Are rates quoted per room or per persons? All sites content price list. There is detailed price for room or for number of person.
Can I get the special discounts? Yes, you can, but not automatically, only reservations longer 1 week, last minute term (if will be any apartment available) or some term "out of season". But always we must conclude about it. We don't accept any student's cards.
What possibilities of payment do We have on arrival? You can pay in any main currency, USD, EUR, GBP, CZK as well.The exchange rate is by exchange list of Czech national Bank on day of your arrival
Do you require payment in advance? No, we don't need payment of whole amount in advance. See FAQs about reservation.
What are your cancellation policy? When you book definitely your reservation and then later cancel it, we charge you for one night. (your deposit)
Is it neccessary to make a reservation in advance? Yes, especially during the main season. When you don't make reservation in advance, apartments will be usually booked from someone else.
Is there minimum of nights? We make reservation of two nights minimum, but of course, you can stay 1 night as well, ask on my mobile phone for free apartment or room when you arrive.
I don't know exactly arrival dates, what shall I do? We accept reservation with fixed dates only. You can change your term later (if there is availability!!! of course)..
How do I reserve my apartment or room? Through our web site submission form, e-mail office@accommodation-prague.cz , phone or fax. Wait for our reply during 2 - 3 hours. During night (Prague time) we answer ASAP in the morning next day.
How much do you charge for carrying a reservation out? Nothing ! Carrying out any reservation is free of charge.
Do I need a credit card to make a reservation? No, you don't need a credit card to confirm a reservation, you can confirm your reservation by different way as well. This is deposit of value first night, by one of the folowing points:1/. Western Union Money transfer, 2/. By international bank transfer to our bank address, 3/. By international post money order to our address, 4/. By bank cheque in registered letter to our address, 5/. your credit card details. But the first, your reservation must be pre-confirmed from Us. Don't send deposit before my pre-confirmation!!!
Do you need deposit always? No, I need deposit only for high season (May to October), then for main holidays (Christmass, New Year, Easter) or longer term, or group from 6 people. For another terms I don' need deposit.
Could you please send me a confirmation of my reservation by fax? We prefer to comunicate via e-mail but if you need especially fax, we are flexible, we can send it by fax.
How will I receive confirmation of my reservation? We will send you a confirmation email after you complete your reservation. This email will include the dates of your reservation, apartment name and the price.
When becomes my reservation fixed? Your reservation is fixed by return as you send us your credit card details for a guarantee of your arrival or pay for the first night to our bank account. We will send possibility how to reserve your apartment individually.
How do I make any changes in my reservations? In this case send Us your new dates immediately. But We don't guarrantee the same apartment or room (when you change arrival or departure dates), but we will be conducive to find another similar or acceptable solution.
If I use the credit card booking form, will it be directly credited to your account? No, we authorize your card ONLY!! From this moment is your reservation definitely confirmed. You get our e-mail confirmation by return.
Is that area safe? Can we walk without problems late in the evening? Yes, all our apartments are in the safe neighbourhood, you can walk without any problems, either during the day or at night.
When I book apartment or one of the rooms, do I have access to the kitchen? Yes, you have access to all the common areas kitchen, toilets, etc.
Have all apartments social facilities ? Yes, of course.
Is there hot water in the apartment? Yes, in all the flats, unlimited.
Is there an age limit in apartments? No, all apartments are open to all ages!
When I book one of the rooms in double apartment, is it possible that I would have to share it with other people? You share kitchen only if the other room is also rented. You don't share bathroom or toilet! All rooms are safely lockable.But if you want to be alone, we can give you a price for renting the whole apartment. Of course, when you rent studio apartment, you don't share the facilities!
Can I get breakfast in the apartment? No, there is no breakfast service during your stay. You can prepare it by yourself.
Can I prepare breakfast in the apartment? Yes, of course, there is kitchen or kitchenette and refrigerator in our all apartments.
Is it possible to phone from the apartment?
There are no telephone access in our apartments, but in apartment SLEZSKA TUSAROVA and JICINSKA is available free rent of our mobile phone. Details here
Do I have to bring my own sleeping bag towels or linnen? Not necessary, they are provided.
Is there a curfew? No, you will have your own keys, you can get out and back in any time.
Can we smoke in the apartment?Yes, in apartment is smoking allowed.
Whom do I have to contact in case of any troubles? In case of any problems in Prague, contact our office directly. The best to call Us. We are ready to help you.
We arrive by car. Do you provide parking? We don't. But we can arrange it in the neigboorhood of your apartment.
How to get to apartment by car? Two possibilities
1/. When you arrive by car, you can meet me at my address Ovenecka 23, Praha - 7. I will wait for you at time of your arrival there. you will ring to me, and I take you to place of your accommodation by car; (you will follow me). 2/. We can meet exactly front the apartment building in the right time. Details via e-mail or phone.
On our arrival day, when and where do we get the keys and how do we pay you? The first, we must arrange our meeting. As soon as you know your train, bus or flight number, send us an e-mail with this information. In case of your arrival by car, let me know approximate time of your arrival. We will be at the apartment 60 minutes after your landing time until your arrival there.. We will give you the keys then, and you will pay the difference between your deposit and the total amount.
Is possible to pick up us at the airport? yes, there is possible to pick up you at the aiport and transport you to the apartment by car for additional charge of 20EUR or equivalent in any convertible currency. I require all details of your flight. Number of flight, company, landing time and city from where your flight started. But you must require this service when you making your reservation. Then we will wait in the arrival hall with your name on the sheet of paper.
We are group of 4 people, how we get to your accommodation from the airport? That depends what apartment you have booked. At the airport you can use minibus "CEDAZ COMPANY", driver take you directly to your address. Don't forget to ask Us for address of your apartment.. The second way, the public transport to the center: take Bus 119, get off in Dejvicka Metro Station (Line A) and then get the metro to the flat (usually on the same Metro line) Details later.
Is possible to pick up us at the train or bus station? yes, there is free pick up service, in this case I require details of your train. We will wait for you at the platform of train station with your name on the sheet of paper
Can we know Check in time on day of our arrival and check out time on our final day? Usually, check in from 13:00, check out until 11:00, but we are flexible about it, for example when in the apartment is no reservation on day of your departure, you can stay there longer than 11:00. When you arrive earlier 13:00 and apartment was empty last night, you can be accommodated practically early morning. When you have reservation fixed, ask for it if you need.
Can I book something other through your service?Yes you can. We cooperate with good sightseeing agency "Premiant City Tour". You can book any from 19 tours. Ask me for it.
Is possible purchase public transportation pass ticket for whole term? yes, you can buy it at the airport, at the train station or main subway stations.

What do I do if I have any additional questions or comments? Don't hesitate send your questions or comments to office@accommodation-prague.cz and we will respond as soon as possible.
Is there any supermarket near by? There is new very nice shopping mall Palace Flora, good supermarket "Albert" near by, just 100 metres from your apartment. Open every day, Every Saturdays and Sundays also.
Is there metro station near by? ,,,,,,,,Yes, metro station "FLORA" around 4 - 5 minutes walking distance.
Is near by any internet access? ,,,,,,Yes, there is internet cafe "Pl@neta near metro station Flora or internet cafe in shopping mall Palace Flora.Click here for details
When we pay accommodation?
The payment of whole amount or rest of payment (when you paid deposit in advance) will be the first day when you will be accommodated. In case of longer stay, you can pay in two parts. The first on day of your arrival, the second part in half of your stay.
Is possible to park our car at any secure place near by?
Yes, there is secure garage near the Flora station. Parking for one night costs from 100 CZK to 150 CZK in the parking box. I also can help with parking there. Other parking is in hotel near by that cost 200 CZK / 24 hours.
How far is apartment from the city centre?
The Slezska street is not far from the city centre, you can get there by subway, (3 stops form Wenceslas Square) or by tram. Stop both of them is at crossroad FLORA, 4 minutes walking distance from apartment studio. More details of Prague public transport you can get here
Is there any ATM and bank near by?
Yes, there is ATM machine at subway station, at the bank and at the -FLORA PALACE -also.
Is there any curfew? ,,,,,No. You can leave and enter any time. You will have the key from front door and key from your studio.
